The following ADDITIONL LOCAL RULE is in effect from JANUARY 1st 2017

Accidental Movement of a Ball on a Putting Green
Rules 18-2, 18-3 and 20-1 are modified as follows:
When a player’s ball lies on the putting green, there is no penalty if the ball or ball-marker is accidentally
moved by the player, his partner, his opponent, or any of their caddies or equipment.
The moved ball or ball-marker must be replaced as provided in Rules 18-2, 18-3 and 20-1.
This Local Rule applies only when the player’s ball or ball-marker lies on the putting green and any
movement is accidental.
Note: If it is determined that a player’s ball on the putting green was moved as a result of wind, water or
some other natural cause such as the effects of gravity, the ball must be played as it lies from its new
location. A ball-marker moved in such circumstances is replaced.
果嶺上意外地造成球移動
修訂規則18-2,18-3以及20-1如下:
當球在果嶺上，如果球或球標，被球員、其搭檔、其對手或上述任何人的桿弟或裝備品意外地移動，免罰桿。
被移動的球或球標，必須依照規則18-2,18-3以及20-1所述置回原位。
本條當地規則僅適用於位在果嶺上的球或球標，且其移動為意外所造成。
註:如經確認，球員位在果嶺上的球，其移動為風、水流或其他自然因素，例如地心引力之作用所造成之結果，則該球必須以現有的球位，在新的位置繼續競賽。球標在上述的情況下移動必須置回原位。
